This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for CapacityLab digital products.
1. Digital product nature
CapacityLab sells fixed-scope digital reports and assessments. Because these products involve analysis, preparation, and digital delivery, refund eligibility depends on the stage of work.
2. Refund before work begins
Customers may request a full refund if work has not yet started.
3. Refund after work has started
If work has already started, refunds may be partial or unavailable depending on the amount of analysis already completed.
4. Refund after delivery
After the digital report has been delivered, payments are generally non-refundable.
5. Duplicate or accidental purchases
If a customer makes a duplicate purchase or accidental payment, they should contact us as soon as possible. We will review the case and may issue a refund where appropriate.
6. Insufficient customer information
If the customer does not provide the information required to prepare the report, CapacityLab may request additional details.
If the customer does not respond or cannot provide sufficient information, CapacityLab may deliver a limited report based on available information or, at its discretion, issue a partial refund.
7. No refund for business outcomes
Refunds are not provided because of production incidents, business losses, downtime, customer decisions, implementation issues, or real-world system behavior after the report is delivered.
The report is an assessment based on available information and does not guarantee uptime, performance, scalability, or business results.
